    Quotation

    We offer a variety of packages designed to meet the needs of different types of businesses:


    Basic Package – SAR 1,000:     Includes sales management, customer management, quotations, sales invoices, purchase management, suppliers, purchase orders, purchase invoices, automated reports, finance, and sales.


    Advanced Package – SAR 1,400    : Includes all features of the Basic Package, in addition to an Android application, Windows application, or iOS application, as well as digital archiving.


    Production Package – SAR 1,000:     Includes production orders, transferring finished products to different warehouses, waste management, final product cost calculation, production receipts, production progress tracking, efficient raw material inventory management, and resource utilization optimization.


    Human Resources Package – SAR 1,000:     Includes employee data management, attendance and check-in/check-out tracking, asset management, leave management, allowance management, loan management, task management, payroll management, employee directory, and end-of-service benefit calculation.

    Note: Human Resources Package pricing varies depending on the number of employees and the number of application users.


    E-Commerce Package – SAR 1,500:     Includes product importing, supplier integration, sales management, order tracking, and revenue collection.


    Restaurant Point of Sale Package – SAR 1,400:     Includes a cashier application, kitchen order display, user and terminal management, and order and invoice management.


    Premium Package:     Includes an unlimited number of users, a mobile management application, and direct technical support.

    Services Package – SAR 1,000: Includes an accountant visit, installation visit, training, and account setup.

    Note: Prices for paid packages and services are exclusive of VAT.

    You can deal with several branches in one package by taking advantage of the feature of adding additional fields. As for the reports in the same package, they are total for all branches except for the income statement report, which shows the revenues and expenses of a specific branch by taking advantage of the additional fields feature.

    Invoices

    Yes, invoices and transactions can be recorded with previous dates by selecting the date when creating a sales or purchase invoice or also when adding manual entries.

    Yes, you can print the invoice by clicking on the print icon in front of each invoice.
